The five bedrooms

Each bedroom has its own atmosphere, its own light and its own view, with care taken over every detail. They all have a private toilet and bathroom. Four of the bedrooms can be set up as twin rooms, as needed.

Two gardens, two atmospheres

The seafront garden

In front of you: the sea. A leafy garden opens directly onto Eyrac beach: a terrace for meals, sun loungers, and a discreet little gate that leads straight onto the sand. In the evening, when the beach empties and the sun disappears behind the Île aux Oiseaux, that moment belongs to you alone.

The secluded garden

More secluded and bathed in sunshine for much of the day, the south garden is the realm of calm. Ideal out of season for reading, a quiet lunch, or simply enjoying the particularly mild Arcachon climate.

The living spaces

The large living room

The heart of the house. A generous, light-filled space where everything naturally comes together: meals being prepared, conversations that go on and on, returns from the beach, long evenings.

The semi-professional kitchen

Around its polished-concrete central island, the kitchen naturally brings people together. With family, with friends, or around a dinner cooked by a guest chef, it is one of the favourite spaces in the house.

The dining room

Set in the bow window, the dining room seats up to 10 people in a warm, light-filled atmosphere. Sharing a meal becomes one of the highlights of the stay.

The lounge

Cosy and warm, it naturally becomes the refuge at the end of the day and in the cooler seasons. Settle in with a throw, a hot drink and the evening light gently filling the house.

The bow window facing the sea

Probably the most singular space in the house. Facing the Bay and bathed in natural light, the bow window changes role throughout the day: dining room, practice space, meeting room or a moment of meditation. A place between inside and outside, designed as much for contemplation as for coming together.

An extraordinary story

In 1836, the Bordeaux painter Noël-Rose Tindel opened one of the very first sea-bathing establishments in Arcachon here. Balls, pinnace boat trips, refined cuisine... The house quickly became a popular holiday retreat. Behind the neoclassical façade, the soul of this exceptional residence is intact. A witness to the birth of Arcachon.

It took us two years to bring it back to life, driven by a strong conviction: to respect everything the house had been through, preserve its original architectural features and make the renovation a natural continuation of its past.

Yes, Villa Ti Bassin is not rented by the room. The whole house, the five suites, the gardens and the shared spaces are reserved for you alone.

In high season (July–August), we rent by the week. In low and mid season, stays from 3 nights are possible depending on availability. Feel free to check availability!
We welcome pets on request, depending on the stay. Just mention it in your message; we consider every request with care.
Everything is done directly, with no intermediary. You can book your stay directly or contact us via the form.
Absolutely. We work with a chef from L’Aiguillon who can cook for you on site or deliver meals prepared to your taste.
Yes. The bow window facing the Bay becomes a meeting room or a yoga shala, as needed.
